At four weeks of age, the puppies are becoming more playful and co coordinated.They grab a piece of newspaper and try to run with it, or pick up their food bowl. This will be the last week they live in their whelping box. And there has already been two "escapee's" (134 and 135 for those of you want to know). River (aka the milk factory) is starting to help wean the puppies. She was producing so much milk that the puppies were not inclined to eat their solid food.
