Week 6 is a very busy week for the pups. Just at the end of week 5 they see River for the last time for a while. Several days latter they get their first shot, then the official 6 week pictures are taken the next day. Then they get a day of rest (?). Saturday was the big tattoo day, with relative Apache getting his AKC number tattooed on his belly-flank area. Then Monday was the blood draw for the OptiGen Test. Five of the litter was done. Now the wait begins. Who will be the lucky “A's”? The puppies are now getting to go for a romp in the grass outside their pen. They are at first cautious, ohoooo, the big wide world. A few days latter they are old pros, and are eager to find new adventures.
